This section covers everything you need to know about how we get your Pasion4Padel gear from our warehouse to your door.
Once you receive your order confirmation email, our team gets to work. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
During exceptionally busy periods, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay in preparing your order, we will reach out to you directly via email to keep you updated. You will receive a separate notification the moment your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

As soon as your order is on its way, we will email you a tracking number. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the couriers system to update and show your parcels progress.
For customers ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once it reaches your country.
These charges are set by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Passion4Padel does not collect these fees, and they are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking your local customs office for more information before ordering.
Under UK consumer law, we are responsible for your goods until they are delivered to you. If your package appears to be lost in transit or hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at hi@passion4padel.co.uk. We will investigate with the courier and ensure you receive your items or a resolution.
Please note that we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as customs hold-ups, extreme weather, or courier strikes
To ensure your gear reaches you safely, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an address error, we will need to charge an additional shipping fee to re-send the item to the correct location.
